We follow the same structured process for each recruitment assignment:

  1. Analysis of Client Needs
    Every recruitment mandate begins with a specific methodology designed to meet our clients' needs as effectively as possible. This starts with an in-depth analysis of the client's requirements and the specific recruitment context.
  2. Search Strategy
    Once we define the candidate profile based on the job description, we develop an appropriate search strategy. This strategy involves:
    Identifying target companies and candidates locally and/or internationally. Utilizing various methods such as analysis of organization charts, recommendations, direct approach, social networks, our internal database, partnerships with our international network, and contacts with our network of decision-makers.
  3. Pre-selection & Selection of Candidates
    Upon the client's request, we can present a comprehensive list of candidates (long list) to be discussed with our consultants in a meeting.
